Sigh. No one seems to get the pressure that is put on bungie from activision. Activision gave bungie deadlines for them to publish the game. So they meet what the publisher asks for so their game can be published. Publisher dont publish anything without knowing whats being published and can make final changes before its finalized. Its called editing. Its the final process during publishing is the minor edits that are done by the publisher itself. If they dont like something they can change how it works. Example is progression. Loot how you obtain it. Weapon system like static or fixed rolls and so on. Bungie could have had it one way but then Activision could have gone in and changed it without bungie knowing. Its part of contract for any dev and publisher. The publisher decides the finality of the minor parts of the game in the end. Not the dev. Its so true with console gaming and very sad. Activision wants us to spend money. Not bungie. Bungie got their money from sales. Activision is more money hungry then bungie. This is why this game is truly messed. Activision wasnt happy with how bungie wanted them to publish the game. End of story. Puts pressure to sue and bam. Bungie gets screwed and so do we.

Man there is a lot of if’s in your conclusion. Bungie sold out to Act & no person or entity made them. I am not sure how long you have been playing on Bungie’s platform. For me it started at Halo. I have years of dealing with Bungie & they were pulling this kind of stuff long before Act was around. So to say this is solely on Act is just not true. Act may have made it more complicated but Bungie was already going that direction & have been for years now. Look I see you have passion for the game & that’s great. The bottom line for me is D2 is not as good as D1. We are going backwards in a big way. I think a little different than you when it comes to we’re the game is now. Bungie put all there eggs in the pc basket & not on us. If you have 1000 people working at Bungie & half of them are put on pc game Who Suffers? We do. If you play ps4 or Xbox u got screwed plain & simple. That’s Bungie’s fault. I don’t like Act either but to say they are 100% the problem is just not true. I do appreciate your heart for the game. To be fair to you I am an OG. Been around 47 years & I have been playing video games from 8 years old. Like the very first video games.

Ok. Wasnt around for the issues with halo really. Didnt play online when shit was garbage. Lol. Only played reach and odst online. Never had issues with them when i did. Anyhow I get what u mean. Lol. Heres to hoping they get someone to help them. Heck They should ask for help from Blizzard. It would truly help them out. Would make a great partnership to add them to the dev team. They already have High Moon Studios so they should have Blizzard themselves join in a partnership to help the game. Blizzard mainly does pc so this would free up Bungie right away to have the console devs back where they need to be. I am sure it would work somehow. Blizzard is huge and knows what they are doing.
