Mods can be abused to get to max power level, and a lot of the “cosmetic” items give you in game advantages like 10% more XP and better loot in strikes. There are 200+ items in Eververse that can be added to the different loot pools (strikes,raids, etc.) to keep the game alive. And as shown with the Dawning 2017 they have kept the majority of their attention to adding new items to Eververse. The attention they have kept to Eververse could be used to fix and change the various systems that are in the game. Also the tokens in Eververse help you’re chances for exotics by a ton.

Good, RNG is on you’re side (if it is a dawning exotic sparrow). And yes, this has been tested and it is impossible to get all of the dawning items (or a large majority) from Eververse. What about the quest? You can have up to three dawning engrams in total in the dawning event, 9 I think if you do it with all three characters.
