Here's an objective fact sweetie.
Most film critics are not them selves producers or directors. Most art critics are not them selves artists. And yes. Most electronic entertainment critics are not them selves developers or publishers.
Grow up a little. Learn something about the real world. You don't have to be a -blam!-ing carpenter to know that when someone builds a house, and it's significantly off square, the roof is sagging in, the foundation is unlevel, the plaster is peeling off the walls, and all the doors are jammed shut because the door frames aren't plumb, they did a -blam!-ing terrible job. You don't have to be a carpenter to know when something looks like it was slapped together by monkeys and this applies to literally anything in the world. Get over your self.
It's okay to be critical of a product that you paid for and aren't satisfied with. If you're at a nice restaurant and get a meal you're not pleased with, will you complain and have them remake it for you? Hopefully. You were just critical of someone else's work because they did a bad job. But that doesn't mean you could do any better. That's your right, as a consumer. If you've paid for something that was advertised as a quality product, it should be quality that you receive.
