Lol you're complaining about people's skill level in PvP in Destiny 2 Mayhem Clash.
Do you realize how utterly -blam!- you are?
Lol you're complaining about people's skill level in PvP in Destiny 2 Mayhem Clash. Do you realize how utterly -blam!- you are?
This. Mayhem is made to be a super/grenade/power ammo/melee/class ability frag fest. Kinetic and energy weapons are only an afterthought.

i don’t really care about the skill aspect but it is very annoying to play against. had a guy today using it with the slowva bomb tree who just sat in the back of altar of flame and threw a nova bomb at every sightline as soon as he would get it and he got tons of kills. the only way i was able to kill him was spamming golden gun shots at him but i would usually die in the process because there was pretty much always a fragment of a nova bomb chasing after me. it’s just not enjoyable in a gamemode that could be so enjoyable.

I'm complaining about how the glitch takes no skill and is ruining mayhem. I wouldn't mind if mayhem was here to stay, but it's going to be gone as soon as it showed up, and not be back for a while. This glitch takes no skill to do, and that's why some people like it and others like me don't. I didn't say that the people using it had no skill, if I did, I didn't mean it that way, it was probably a poor choice of words.

Apologies for the insult in my comment. I re-read it and I came off like a douche. Was unnecessary. Aside from that, I guess I don't see a huge problem with it. If it were regular Crucible, that would be one thing, but I don't think anything in Mayhem takes skill really. Just another drop in the bucket of chaos. I've gone up against a Nova spammer in nearly every Mayhem match and they are pretty easy to shut down. If anything, I thought it was more fun trying to hunt them down and kill them first with Stormcaller or Sunbreaker lol. It's like Destiny Smear the Queer.

No worries. I understand where your coming from, and I can see why it would be fun for you, it’s just my experiences have been quite different. One time I t-bagged a guy who was doing it and he sent me hate mail. From what I’m seeing peoples opinions are solely based on their experiences. Mine have been terrible, and I have lost several games to these guys, but I’ll go back in and give it another shot when I get the chance. I have had a busy week so far, but I’ll try it.

True. I think it is probably about experiences and perception. Subjective really, but I guess that is kind of the essence of opinions anyway :^) I just look at it as a bonus challenge in Mayhem. Seeking them out and shutting them down/bagging them lol.
