Thought maybe it connected to the wifi wrong, but apparently you can't re set it up, and I can't find a factory reset. There's a Mode switch on the back, but it seems to do nothing. Ghost doesn't show up on wifi list anymore. I've been waiting for this activision ambassador for a while now....just stuck on an endless "Asking an Ambassador" loop.
Something tells me that this will have to be returned to Amazon. Seems like real shoddy design.

To Factory Reset the Ghost just Slide the switch on the back of ghost 10 time (I know right?) but it works I did it. My ghost is on the network but doesn't speak everything comes through Alexa speaker. (still troubleshooting that

It looked pretty cool when I first saw it for preorder. I'm imagined it acting like a in room ghost for the game (responding as well as taking action), but it seems like it doesn't really do much. Im sorry it's worked out so poorly for you, but you did help me (and a few others I'm sure) steer clear of this garbage. Thank you for posting. It is appreciated.

Actually, this means nothing. The Ghost device only has one volume, and is not effected by your Echo device volume. I've confirmed that with their support. The device isn't worth getting, just use the echo device without the ghost. It's louder and easier to understand.
