If someone has actually been banned for no reason, then Bungie should either overturn the ban or give the person in question a full refund. Even if they're not legally obligated to do so, they should be, and by slapping this on every ban-related post you see, you're only serving to piss people off. Please stop it. Either give them some advice which is actually helpful or don't do anything.
