Also remove assault rifles. All of them. Rocket launchers. Hand cannons can go too. Ooh ban supers in crucible also! Also remove jumping, can't deal with that. Also redesign the recoil so I can fight the long range MIDA multi users with my sub machine gun. It's a scout rifle. It's as powerful as every other scout rifle. It has some handling and recoil benefits but it's still only effective at mid to long range unless you're crazy good. The mini tool is the complete opposite. Useless at long to mid range but good up close but isn't as good as an assault rifle for example. Bungie have always done good scout rifle and burst rifle type weapons all the way back to halo. You're going to need some more accurate criticisms than just moaning because you can't kill someone who is better than you and happens to be using a multi tool or mini tool.
