How long have you played D2? I was perfectly fine with gameplay in D1. I loved using my sniper. Some people cried about it and so Bungie took it away. I think the problem is that some people fully relied on the secondary ohk weapons especially shotguns and just camped as a team. I am perfectly fine with camping. The problem is that when you have a whole team doing it, it becomes near impossible to move around the map. You really can't just camp the whole time now, especially in control. I also love that only one person gets heavy ammo. That prevents one team from just camping the heavy so that all of them have it. Also, I don't know what matches you have been In because mine have been quick paced. Perhaps you should take initiative and speed them up? Every match I have played in people have raced to capture zones. I played well over 50 matches.
