I don't know about the challenging gameplay part, but when you're ready to talk story spoliers and even some theoretical lore hit me up. I honestly didn't expect the story to be as full and complete as it was.

I haven't tried it in Ultra hard yet just New Game +. In new game plus you can't change the difficulty and all the gear has extra slots. They also added trophies for Ultra hard and New Game+, along with things like face paints you can earn. Shield Weaver is also further nerfed in the new Ultra hard so you can't use it as a crutch, 1 hit the Shield is down.
