It's no surprise that The Hive are on Titan. It is Saturn's moon after all. The Dreadnaught was floating in space right in the ring belt of the planet. So, is it really a surprise The Hive would make their way to a moon of Saturn? I hope they explain how, and why they're there. Did the Dreadnaught crash into the moon? Did The Hive from The Dreadnaught leave it, to form a new army on a moon? Did they leave The Cosmodrome?

It was already confirmed that were some Siva involved in Destiny 2 that takes place on one of the planets. So, it would make sense that like the Fallen, The Hive are regrouping most likely to crown a new leader away from guardian presence.

The Fallen also have a new look..well not new as in a total redesign, but how they appear as in under different houses with different designs (you can see that much from the trailer). As well as The Hive having a different look themselves. And if Siva is back, that must mean a splicer fleet left the Cosmodrome as well and landed on another planet.
