When did I say special shouldn't be used? I listed the ways special is used all loosey-goosey these days because primaries suck so bad

No kidding. I hate it when people keep insisting that players should use certain types of weapons more than others. I don't remember ever seeing the rule that you should only use specials in certain circumstances.
