The spirit behind it is rude. He displays a total lack of empathy. Btw, kicking the kid that way is an extreme case of unsportsmanlike behaviour. Now if that isn't a bannable offense. Next time, use your brain.

If you cannot stand a player in your fireteam, tell him why you boot him and boot him right away. These guys went for maximum humiliation and hurt, and their target is a kid. Abuse a kid -> pay for it. The amount of rudeness you are displaying, burrito, is breathtaking.

You don't have time like reality, but that won't change it.
