That edit. Some people are already saying that "x has won this year" when we aren't even a month away from E3. Most of the fanboy salt you are talking about is just this forum. Go to Reddit, Neogaf, etc and you'll see that the majority of people understand that competition only helps the industry.

    I've seen plenty of salty. Look in the comments of some articles about the Scorpio announcement and you'll see more salt than these forums.
