VoG didn't have all the best guns. The hunger of Crota was really good quillums terminus was really good the current raid auto is really good the shotgun is debatable between found verdict and the current raid shotgun and the fusions are all pretty bad

Yeah but HoC was easier to use due to tracking. I love my corrective measure but even though it holds more ammo it was no where near as effective as quillums was So was word of Crota Not nearly as much range and impact as felwinters, still a good gun but so is the new shotgun The foil was cool but not really all that great and be honest how many times did you get two kills with one foil burst lol

If you knew how to aim. Effective? In killing things? How is quillums more "effective"? Word of Crota was a potato launcher. I know it wasn't the same range, but it was still incredibly long for shotguns at the time. 2 kills 1 burst? Regularly in control with the last 2 bolts.

Yeah because you always saw people taking down Crota with Hezen vengeance, please The fact you don't have to reload between damage cycles (and it does enough damage to warrant its use in a damage cycle) Lol True but the current shotgun is still real good If it worked for you then sure but I did much better with my light of the abyss

I used Hezen on Crota. [spoiler]But that's because I couldn't drop a Gjallarhorn nor Hunger. I got my Gjallarhorn from a nightfall right after HoW, then proceeded to go kill Crota with it, just to drop a Hunger. Same day. ~10 minutes apart. (-_-*)[/spoiler]

Damn that sucks haha I could never get a gally until xur sold it a second time so I was so thankful when I finally got a HoC a bit into the dark below. -blam!-in gally pocket infinity and black hammer were the only year one guns I never got and of course two of those were the best in the game

Black Hammer was my first Crota drop. This was before anyone even knew what it was. I kept it because it looked cool. Eventually, it became my bane. I would regularly get 3 hammers a week trying to get a Hunger. Same with Vex. I would get 1-2 a week, stocked up on a ton of exotic shards, ended up stopping VoG because I got tired of getting it. I just wanted Gjallarhorn :(
