the vendor Vacancy is an absolutely amazing roll, there's other amazing rolls you can get on it but they're on par, not really "better" imo
btw, I've also never had one drop in a reward package and I've got like 70 ranks between all my characters

Dude I swear I burned all my emotes chasing after that damn hitchhiker and vacancy.... So far I got like 5 vortex fusions and I hate them all. I swear I never get vacancy always vortex so frustrating lol! Btw dude if your on ps4 loved to team up with you and learn some strats or just cause fusion havoc lol!
