There are lots of creepy or scary moments or enemies in games. What are some of your favorite (or least favorite) of them?

4 回复Not sure if anyone has mentioned how utterly terrifying the re-deads were in Ocarina of Time. That scream is scarring.

2 回复Uncharted 1, the El Dorado cursed beings (it's been a long time, I forget their name) I remember when before you even knew what they were, you had to go through this dark and abandoned old military base. I was terrified to even continue because I knew there was something out there, scary, but I didn't know what.

由Goldship编辑: 8/18/2016 6:26:35 AMSubways in fallout 3 -Now I always look at the ground carefully for mines, even in irl Lily or whatever her name is in paper Mario -Did not think I would encounter the exorcist spider in there Ender dragon fight in mine craft -I'm not scared of it but the fact it can go through walls to attack you scared the heck out of 13 year old me 2 years ago

1 回复There was some old PS1 horror game that scared me a lot, was called Nightmare Creatures I think. Cuz it was set somewhere in Europe so brick/stone structures, gothic gates, darkness, and weird pixel creatures

I've gotta give to the Necromorphs from Dead Space. The original game is probably one of the most scary games I've ever played, a large part because the ambient noises keep a constant level of tension and the other part because those enemies were -blam!-ing terrifying. You did not want to come face to face with one of those -blam!-ers.

2 回复Oh god. There's this sequence in Dead Space that made me kinda quit the game for a while. You have to maneuver through a maze while using sliding giant crates out of the way, all while being chased by an invincible abomination.

When I was very, very young I played an SNES RPG called Illusion of Gaia. Loved the game but there was a segment where you fall asleep on The Gold Ship of Inca or something to that affect only to wake up and all the crew are dead, just bones where they were standing before. The Queen of the ship is still in her chair and you have to inspect her corpse for a ring to trigger the next scene. But the crude, pixilated image of her skeleton in robes just freaked me the f-uck out. I must've been no older than 10 at the time. As an adult though? Easily any and I mean ANY given moment in F.E.A.R., F.E.A.R. Extraction Point or F.E.A.R. Perseus Mandate. Enough said.

1 回复When I was a kid, the Cave of Bad Dreams from Rayman 2 and Brinstar Depths from Melee terrified the absolute shit out of me I've come to appreciate them for the atmosphere they set now, however The moon from Majora's Mask still gives me the creeps though

由LahDsai编辑: 8/16/2016 6:11:28 PMThe nurses in Silent Hill. *navigating the tight narrow hals of the hospital, I approach a corner* "They're right around the corner... I know it!" *turns corner* ... ... ... *nothing* *continues on* (later, when retracing steps through "clear" area) "Alright, just gonna head back out and ... WHAT THE F***!!!" *hall is teeming with quivering, bandaged, bloodied, scalpel and lead pipe wielding horrors... and I've only got two bullets...*
