Well, I would be happy taking my 331-332 Guardians into the Iron banner, even if it meant I was fighting people at 350 light or whatever the new cap is. I've been pancaked in IB by people below 300, and put the hurt on 335's when I was still in the 320's.
I've gotten all the non-quest exotics I want (and a bunch I don't care about). And I suck in Trials. But the Banner is one thing I'm really going to miss.

Doesn't matter, you're not allowed chances at Y3 gear I'd you don't have RoI and the spaghetti code means they can't adapt it. Maybe in RoI they expand much further in crucible, strikes, raids and the old gen cannot physically handle it. In which case you'd have a huge disadvantage ins as much as framerate decay, ping, etc.
