I've got this exact same problem, I bought the legendary edition too but I'm currently sat here on the manage game screen looking at the collector's edition digital content part of the bundle saying its installed, how can that be the case if its not included? It's not working though. I didn't install it until yesterday as I hadn't noticed it was there, being new to the game I just occupied myself with all the other new things, I've tried all the listed solutions though including reinstalling everything, clearing the cache and a power cycle

  • Unfortunately it seems to be a description error on the Microsoft store. You will need to contact Microsoft for clarification as the Legendary edition does not come with those items, only the collectors edition and collectors edition upgrade does.

  • Ok, I'll try that then thanks, they need to know because its come up again in the gold sale this month and still includes the same content, do you have any idea what it is I've got installed instead then? It's called the collector's edition digital content and is around 19mb, should I have the armoury package with the legendary edition as that is also installed but not working? Cheers

  • How do I contact them, I have tried calling them but you have to have an extinction, I have the legendary edition and want the collectors edition like it says I have but won't show up in game. Thanks for your help in advance

  • Hi, sorry for not getting back to you sooner, I've been stuck offline. I contacted microsoft directly not Bungie via the online chat option accessed through the support pages of the site. The problem is they mis-described the content that you (and I) purchased, (specifically the digital collector's edition upgrade is not included in the legendary edition, only expansions I, II and the taken king are) and as far as I know they still are doing, they may get you to test serveral things whilst on chat but obviously nothing will work, at which point you should be offered a refund due to their mistake being false marketing - I was also offered activision's direct number to contact them but in that case I think you'd still end up in a situation of getting nowhere fast - Good Luck!

  • The legendary edition does not come with the collectors upgrade bundle, it was a description error on the Microsoft store. You will need to purchase it for $20 from your console store if you want these items.

  • It won't let me purchase it unless I buy it in the bundle. I would just like to know how to contact them directly the phone number don't work.

    Bungie have no phone number or email. The Help forum is the best place to get help. If you are unable to purchase from the Microsoft store then you need to contact Microsoft.

  • Thank you for your help, but all I'm getting is a big circle jerk. Microsoft sends to Xbox and Xbox sends me to bungie and bungie don't answer.

  • Bungie cannot help you with purchases from the Microsoft store. Only Microsoft can help you with purchases from their store.
