Purple IX Symbol in the tower.
Has it always been there and I just managed to never notice it? Or is it some new thing because reasons? I feel like I'd have seen it before now; it's sparkly as hell, and hard to miss. I probably did, though, and there've probably been 40 other topics made exactly the same as this one, just all a year ago. So. What's it.

1 回复They added it after Taken King I believe. It is used to indicate if Xur is in the tower or not. They added it so players wouldn't have to run around the tower looking for him when he is actually in the reef.

1 回复My new guess is that Xur put way more effort into whatever magic sparkle-paint he makes it with than he does with his weekly stock choices, otherwise I wouldn't have built up 968 strange coins. Does it come up somewhere in the Reef when he's there? Or still in the tower? [spoiler]But thanks to everyone that pointed out that Xur puts it up whenever he's present.[/spoiler]

1 回复Its a Roman Numeral "9". It appears when Xur is in the tower. I assume that is is a mark of The Nine.

Yeah the vanguard have been having trouble with xur he keeps spraying the symbol in spray paint every weekend the sweeper bots manage to clean it up when he leaves tho so it's all good. [spoiler]for real thought yes it's been there for a while (only noticed it a few months ago so idk before) but not new [/spoiler]
