So I'm almost afraid to ask but I only recently started playing PvP and I don't see any bounties on shaxx's inventory.. I'm assuming I missed a quest or something I just don't know what one

It's a Crucible quest you get from Shaxx that takes a lot of steps. Basically you have to get kills with every type of primary, do stuff for every faction, and play every playlist. After that you have to complete 5 bounties within a week to complete his weekly bounty for good rewards. Rewards are same level as Nightfall.
