We have an organized way of organizing raids, pvp fireteams etc. That's one of the best things about our clan, were really organized. We also have a membership boasting 2000+ members which helps because that pretty much guarantees that at you'll find at least some of us looking to do exactly the same thing you want to do in Destiny.
