Oh look. Another ignorant asshat who is too lazy to read stuff that's on the -blam!-ing loading screen. I'm not a fanboy, but it's pretty pathetic that you can't take your "precious" time to read a few things or watch the cutscenes. You're just being lazy. Own up to it.

Except there's no narrative content, only scraps of information about characters that you mostly never see. Majority of the "lore" is up to the player to draw their own conclusions. Vaatvidya, who is probably the most knowledgable about souls lore resorts to speculation in his videos since there's just not enough content to form a complete story. You are correct, souls isn't story driven in anyway shape or form. It's an aesthetically beautiful game, but just a monotonous grind fest like all the rest of the series.
