I think a buff would be necessary because it doesn't feel Exotic. Pretty useless perk, and I feel like the VoG guns had better perks than that. This applies to other Exotics, as well - either be unique, or make it a Legendary!

There's always that one guy who will say a gun doesn't need a buff no matter how lackluster it is.

It is a good gun if you know how to use it. I have used it and I am good with it. Maybe you think it needs a buff because you suck at using it.

Lmao, no. Being good does not mean it should be an exotic. If you want it to stay as it is then it should be turned into a legendary.

The last perks make it an exotic. Just because its an exotic does not mean it should be extremely powerful.

Last time I checked lightweight does not stack. Both of the final perks of the Boolean stack up to 3 times. If you cannot get 3 precision kills and 3 non precision kills somewhat rapidly then use a different run.

I think it performs just fine. It hits as hard as the Vision-of-Confluence archetype but with better aim assist, unless you have Aggressive Ballistics in which case it hits even harder (with slightly less aim assist). And the exotic perks aren't bad -- they don't "wow" me but they're solid. My only complaint is that the sights are too cluttered, especially compared to every other legendary or exotic scout rifle in the game. In general I'd love for them to be replaced entirely with something more subtle -- but at the very least if they could take out the iron sight bit near the muzzle that might clean it up just enough.

You cannot remove the muzzle sights because that's how gun mechanics work. they use the sights on the muzzle. And the Mida sights are more cluttered than the Boolean's are.
