Or just make the perk trigger either way on a Crit Kill for Agility or Body Shot Death for Armor.
Why the hell is it one or the other and not both? Half and half perks like this IMO do not deserve to be on an exotic. Moreso on Legendaries really.

What a silly comment. The point of the sleeper simulant is to do incredible alpha damage The point of hawkmoon is to have a large magazine size for a handcannon and do more damage than a normal hand cannons with its lucky rounds You need to use some common sense here buddy.
