I'm just tired of not knowing exactly what range I should shoot from or how stable the gun is against other guardians. Yeah you can patrol but in patrol you have damage caps and the weapons deal different amounts of damage to adds than they do in the crucible. So I would love a shooting range so I can test my weapons and get a feel for how they perform in PVP

Exaaaaaactly. I think that this would only lead to increased interest in the game, thus longer play times. We'd put in more hours than we already do.
