I'm not sure about this but isn't it illegal for people to make money off of another companies product?
Also another thing I might be wrong about: don't you need a license to run a business. I've seen trials carries for major bucks like 100, 200 bucks. Isn't making that kind of dough without a license technically illegal because at that point your little "donation" is a business?

Running a boosting for money business is typically against the rules and can result in a ban in any game. Actually the fact these sites exist really helps the argument that destiny is a true mmo now. Also remember that a ban=/=legal action and Bungie is completely within their legal authority to restrict access to their content to anyone who breaks their code of conduct or EULA

It would be very hard to win in court. Playing devil's advocate on this if I were to hire a competent lawyer I would immediately point to following items: - Streamers are profiting off of Destiny and often doing exactly the same - All unofficial websites are profiting off Destiny Then Bungie would have to prove that this is against the EULA etc beyond any reasonable doubt and given how shady those are worded I suspect the lawyer would easily overturn that. The onus would be on Bungie to prove their case and it there was any doubt or grey area then it wouldn't go anywhere.
