I was trying to run quick strikes with the rep bonus on today to get some rep packages. 1-2 people would leave EVERY damn time and it would take 15-20 minutes for replacements to come and I'd be lucky if those replacements didn't leave too. That 2 hour rep bonus was completely wasted.
Bungie needs to implement a 15 minute lockout timer that prevents people who leave strikes to join another or something along those lines.

They could just make it like Halo's system where if you leave like 3 strikes within a 15-20 minute window you're prevented from matchmaking into a Heroic strike for like 10-15 minutes.
