I can see both sides of this argument. Raid vets just want to get it done and not waste time on countless wipes :( If you not done HM often before the update but feel like doing it now because of your new light level, then please do it but start your own group and let people who join you know you not got much experience. DON'T sneak into a group with your unexperience and cause teams to wipe countless times! You should have np regardless of light level because you have experience, just ask the group leader to look at your completions :)
