don't want to sound like an elitist but you are so right :( my 3 runs this week always had least 2 guys who asked too many questions or caused the team to wipe, even noticed calcified fragments being picked up, lol.

Yeah before the only people that could actually do the hard raid were 315-320 as it took ages to get that gear, now scrubs who horded exotic engrams got past 320 so no one knows who can do it.
