Why play with a 310 when you can play with a 325? It's just supply and demand. Common sense.

Why's that? There is a large amount of 325+ players (supply) and consumers (people looking for teams) are asking for 325+ (demand). Why would someone want to play with a team of 310-320 when they can get higher leveled players just as easy? I don't see where you are confused

No I'm not saying that at all. Higher number will always be more appealing. If you could have a group of 310 players, or w group of 320 players, which would you pick? That's all I'm saying. Of course people will say the higher leveled group.

I've played with numerous groups who were under leveled but have had no issues completing raids. Does it take a little more time? Sure. But by me having a little bit of patience, it teaches them how to complete encounters and makes them more valuable to the community because they have experience. You make it seem like this game is difficult.

You misunderstand if you think I am confused. People who deny players a chance to get in on a raid just cuz they are judging their light level are lazy and more often than not elitist pricks. Also, using supply and demand in this scenario is retarded... :)

Maybe you disagree with the players who ask for such high light levels, but you have to be flat out ignorant to disagree with my supply and demand comparison. Then why are you saying it's dumb? It makes sense. I'm not sure why you're being rude, it explains exactly why people do it. Personally I Raid with anyone with a good attitude, but I'm just here to explain those who don't get why players ask for so much.
