The Doctrine needs either persistence or braced frame removed.
The Doctrine is too good for a legendary. The ease of use is just insane. It's usage in trials has blown passed TLW, and probably going to surpass MIDA this week as well.
The combination of stability RoF and magazine size is too good for a legendary and can't be countered reliably by anything, especially when a team of three all has them.
It's turning into the new Thorn, and the only thing needed to prevent that is simply removing either persistence or braced frame.

I'm glad to say that bungie is doing what I believed they wouldn't, and buffed other autos instead. The damage nerf to high rof autod will be altogether irrelevant, and autos will be in a really great place, while preserving the integrity of the DoP. Hopefully Suros will be able to to outgun DoP now, and overtake it as the most versatile. All said and done, they made good adjustments.

1 回复I'm stoked. I used SUROS Regime a lot, and although I fell in love with Doctorine & Arminius D, I'm looking forward to using SUROS again.

2 回复Well the weapon tuning has been announce and it's not happening, it is getting a slight reduction of base damage! Get used to getting wrecked by it!

2 回复any 1 with skill using a last word can easily outgun a doctrine is this a joke. if i land every shot with tlw i dont even come close to dying by a doctrine. Doctrine is easier to use than tlw but tlw kills faster which is why more people use doctrine.

2 回复I think the only thing it needs is a shorter range stat. It becomes harder to aim over range and the DPS slows too, which would balance it out.

7 回复Nah it's fine. Just more easily obtainable than TLW, which is just as bad or possibly even worse than DoP. The other weapons in its archetype can compete with it. You're just blaming the name you see most.

3 回复Yeah remove persistence, i mean it's a hip fire perk and i usually ADS anyways. I hope they exchange it for something more useful like firefly or even crowd control/third eye.
