To get to him you have to do the flying glitch with sunbreaker and twilight garrison and try to get WAAAAY under atheon's platform. This only works if you've done a flawless run so far in VoG and killed 7 Gorgons. Oh yeah! And his name is[spoiler]Guy Fieri. [/spoiler] He is a bullet sponge and he has solar burn weapons. Killing him is worth it for that free pass to flavortown though.
