Guardians are not equal to Spartans. The only real advantages they have over Spartans are their super abilities and their ghost reviving them. But Spartans are better trained and have a knack of taking on the hardest odds and succeeding quickly. They could easily take the guardians fast and kill the ghost as it tried to revive or the guardians can drop a super but need time to charge. Time Spartans can take away. [spoiler]just realized you said Spartan 4 and yes they quite possibly are but still they are even better trained [/spoiler]

Is there base on Venus. Where they control time. But their weapons are simple still compared to forerunner and even more so to precursor

I don't understand "Traveler is not Level. It is also dead. Halo rings affect everything period. All Living life is gone.". Flood would be stopped by Taken who are basically spirits so they can't be infected. Hive Gods would have enough Halo universe "scum" to feed off of. Flood couldn't take down the Gods unless they were at their full power, but they wouldn't be because they would be taken care of before they could get to that point. The reason I wouldn't have the Flood at their strongest immediately is because every battle they've been a part of they started from a small group.
