I am thinking I have a problem with The 4th Horseman exotic shotgun in Destiny TTK, where I have the Speed Reload perk activated on it and it doesn't seem to affect my actual reload speed of the weapon. It takes approx 6 seconds for me to load 5 rounds into the weapon, which is what happens when the weapon is new, or the perk is not selected. Additionally, there was actually one time when I just equipped the weapon, took some special rounds from Ammo Synthesis, and reloaded the weapon; for the first second, it actually reloaded quickly (3 rounds for that second), then it suddenly proceeded to load the remaining rounds v-e-r-y s-l-o-w-l-y! This is certainly too bizarre to justify in normal gameplay! I haven't been able to reproduce the symptom since accidentally running into the condition last week of this writing. Is there a bug around this? Can someone please investigate? Similarly, has someone else got problems with their 4th Horseman?
