I think it's the Marshall A. Check my Titan. He has it. Seen another post earlier about this.

It's not the same gun. His is a gun that appears in your primary slot when you don't have a primary. The datamined description is "This weapon is a reliable fallback when no other weapon can be found." Different skin too.
