No. Thou duth not know how powerful the Hezen really was. Dragons Breath was actually the most powerful rocket launcher in Year 1. It's DPS was insane, but unfortunately it was only if the enemy stayed still so it was widely unused, but it was amazing for soloing Crota end boss. Ghallahorn is obvious. Hezen Vengaence with its MIRV perk dealt DPS damage very close to the Ghallahorn, but didn't track its targets. Truth was actually far behind in DPS to the Hezen, but it tracked extremely well. Hezen doesn't have NOOB perks like tracking, but if you hit the target, the Hezen was an exceptionally powerful beast. It was discussed on this forum many times and the people who used the Hezen very well did a lot of awesome damage to bosses and in the crucible. With that Titan helm that adds tracking to rockets, the Hezen would be amazing in Year 2.
