I still don't get the elemental primaries. Why would they remove that? Elemental burns were what made Nightfalls so fun. The ones with no burns weren't difficult, they were just boring. Seriously, bombing mobs with a lightning grenade or unleashing hell with Thunderlord when it was Arc Burn was as fun as this game got. Hell, Void Burn with Nova Bomb and Obsidian Mind was a -blam!-ing riot. FUN. Bungie hates it.
