I lost all of my hope the second they started removing content instead of simply adding more and making it a fuller experience. Someone at a Bungie meeting said, out loud, "Hey! Let's take away all the old content, or simply make it irrelevant, and add barely a 1/4 of that back with this DLC. It'll make the game so much better!" (Obviously paraphrased) Someone said that and everyone at the meeting agreed. It got pushed through and sold to us for $40. We paid for them to take content away from us. That's when I lost hope. I still raid from time to time and do IB, but the game is dead for me and has been since HoW released. I want Destiny 2 to make up for everything and finally realize the potential it has had all along, but Bungie has proven thus far that they can't handle it. Update after update after update and they've only made things worse. I want it to get better, but I honestly don't think Bungie is capable of doing that.
