My prediction for the challenge for golgoroth is that the following conditions must be met.
Once his gaze is acquired, it must be successfully passed 5 times, all 6 orbs must be dropped, and his gaze cannot be lost more than a total of 2 times.
Also, once the gaze is lost, the next two gazers must be different from anyone who had it previously.
Please tell me your thoughts on this as a challenge.

3 回复由TheFrozenInferno编辑: 12/8/2015 9:25:01 AMIt'll be this simple: Don't lose gaze. You'll have to kill him in six orbs or less without breaking gaze once. Given the fact hardly anyone has done the "legit" strat since launch (and nobody ever wants to take or learn how to take his gaze) this will be sufficiently challenging for the average group. Two gazers means four DPS instead of five (20% loss of DPS right there), and because of the time needed to shoot down the next orb and move from pool to pool we won't have the luxury of full 14-15 second uninterrupted damage phases. Then factor in the limited use of supers and trying to keep your ammo supplies. And on hard mode factor in losing one DPS per orb on account of the Unstable Light

5 回复1 gazeholder says its 6 -7 seconds , onefrom the pit gets out and takes the gaze meanwhile others shoot the relevant orb. should be dead in 3-4 orbs like that

24 回复I dunno what it will be. However, what I do know is that I will wait for the first group(s) to complete it, and then copy what they did. Because I'm smart.

6 回复I have a feeling it will involve using all the orbs. If that is the case, you could still do the one orb strategy. Everyone just shoot an orb off the start and go to the same orb. If it requires a few gazes, just pass it back and fourth right off the bat. I bet it's cheeseable

Since it's suppose to work in NM mode, it can't be involved with the person who gets unstable light. I'm assuming that you must at least have 2 different gaze runners. You cannot lose gaze before dropping 2 orbs. Maybe idk. ~TheGreatNike

1 回复Whatever it is, I imagine it will be like the warpriest in that it will require you to beat him how the devs intended. That's why warpriest challenge wasn't hard. We all pretty much did that fight as intended already. Golgo while most of us who took him down week 1 know how to pass gaze, I'll admit I haven't done that strat for a while as one orb is so much more reliable with Randoms. So golgo will be tougher because people will need to adapt, but fair and once people have adapted, not that much tougher. Needs better communication than one orb strat which will be an issue for some. Oryx will probably be rotate the runner, which will obviously introduce an extra variable. But again is fair. It will make pretty much everyone know how to run relic at oryx in order to beat him. For me, I think the side effect of CM is that people will understand the raid better, and therefore get better at the raid than they would have been if they'd just stuck doing the same one role in each fight all the time. So I'm all for it.

1 回复Too much It'll simply be that you can not "fail to capture the gaze" Two nightstalkers will make it child's play

4 回复I think it well be that no one can grab the gaze more then once and you can only use each bubble 1 time. Also i think there well be more thrall that spawn in the pit after someone grabs the gaze and gologorth well fire more orbs

2 回复I doubt they will make more than two hold gaze. We are just going to have to pass gaze a number of times.
