For Elimination and Salvage I'd go with Fireborn - but for any other PvP mode I'll go with Radiant skin.
Just make sure you're smart about your self-res though if you go that path, I see a lot of people using it only to be instantly killed again - make sure you use it only when you can make a difference.

Yeah I use radiant skin for the most part. Control is another mode I will use fire born. Thanks for the post and yeah it always makes me laugh during trials when people res during the heavy rounds or into the oath of rockets!
