That's because the old place had a form of community moderation. Sure, it wasnt always correlating with the offcial rules but there was a code and when you didnt follow it you'd be publicly ignored. With this new anonymous POS layout there's no reason to care anymore, it's just another YT'esque post from some person who'll just change names if he/she screws up.

There's one on the third page, but even that was a joke post.
