The opinion is completely idiotic especially the point about people not having time to play..... if you get on for an hour or two thats plenty time to get fragments for TOM.... you can get the ones in patrol and strike in less then an hour by following a simple video..... even the ones gained from tier 3 court and cabal sky burner key should take WAY less then an hour .... its not NOT having time . Its YOU being a lazy ass.... and if you argue that you play less then an hour then you shouldn't even be concerned with raiding lol TL;DR no excuse to not have a TOM by now besides you're a lazy -blam!-....
