Hey, I saw a post from a girl by the username dystopiakitty looking for other girls to play with. You should try sending her a message and see if she would like to join you all.
I'm not sure how you all feel about recruiting someone this way since you told me before that you don't really recruit outside this post, but I thought I could help you both out at the same time.

Well you guys offered me advice, though unfortunately I haven't really gotten any new recruits, but as I was making a clan because some friends wanted me to I don't really mind but it was the least I could do to return the favor. Plus I always enjoy going out of my way to help people out. Hopefully with you guys, she won't have an issue with find other girls to play with.

Maybe do some Sherpa-ing? I've seen a lot of new members come in that haven't done raids or haven't had the chance to do some of the lead roles (relic, sword, etc) in raids. And folks want to learn, so we do a lot of training raids and teaching. Maybe if your group can establish a good reputation for Sherpa-ing, that would be something to make you stand out?

It's ironic that you say that since it would have been the premise of the clan. Right now I'd be the only one teaching, but if we got experienced players they could have taught others in their own "classes". I would have dates where I myself held classes for people to learn activities, and others as well. Rookies as I call them could join them as they please and once they became experienced could start holding their own classes to teach other. I even thought to have a separate post for activities so they people could just get together to play as well.

That sounds really great, and I hope that works out for you! We use a separate messaging app called Band to put folks into specific console chats and schedule events through their calendar function. Maybe you'd find it useful as well when you get your momentum going. :)

Many find me useful, but I don't believe I appeal to many as though I have many on my friends list there are few I can say are as I say "loyal". Meaning actually wanting to play with me, as most just keep me on standby so I view part of the issue may be mine. Or that is at least my interpretation as to what the issue could be is that I'm simply not very good at appealing to people.
