No jrock, professionalism is a necessary part of any communications they put out. You're completely wrong. Even when they're posting in the forums, it's their responsibility to understand that they are a reflection of their company and make posts accordingly.

All I'm saying is there are plenty of businesses that have employees communicate in similar threads and proxy's such as Twitter that have had to pull jabs like that due to negative feedback from their customers. I understand that some will take offense, and some will see it as a joke. Such is the delightful burden that comes with their position
