It's never about the voice. It's about the immaturity and the inability to be quiet and Focus during the raid. 9/10 times a "squeaker" comes into a raid obnoxious as hell and thinks they are the best player in the game. If I play with a young kid that mutes their mic unless they need to communicate and are mature enough to do the fight and not get crazy yelling or being an idiot THEN I am cool with them.
