I dont pick on kids. If they are overly irritating, they get booted. No reason to make a kid feel like shit, just for being a kid. My main issue with "squeakers" is that 9 out of 10 aren't good players, and 99 out of 100 will not be quiet when my team needs to communicate. That being said, i have one 11 year-old that is welcome to join anytime. He rarely talks, but when he does, he stays focused on the task at hand. Oh, and he's one of the best crucible players ive ever seen.
