I would like elemental primaries to return myself. I don't think beating the raid should be involved though. Give good weapons that already have burns from the raid drops but allow for infusion on every legendary weapon for the element of your choice. It will keep all weapons viable but give us the opportunity to customize our gaurdians even more. Elementals are good only against the proper shield anyway so whats the big deal? Fatebringer was used so much because its skills, not its arc burn.

I agree on the Fatebringer and it being used because of skill. However, I think elemental primaries that have the capability to be overpowered should be earned in the Raid, hard mode at the least. Just make the roll a lower chance like Gjallarhorn was. On top of that, Bungie should set up a playlist to find others looking for a group to Raid and make it easy for one to participate in the Raid each week. You can't please everyone, but I will say Bungie was so afraid to let players have powerful weapons to screw around with.
