If you're being forced into PvP then Cheese your way through the bounty. Like bring two friends into rumble and murder them.

This is how I do it and I manage PvP just fine, but the thing is I don't enjoy my time their and I don't think my random teammates are thrilled to see me sabotaging their game by running around with a hilt. I gladly sacrifice a PvP win to finish my quest.
