Rate of fire is the same and mine has more impact. Only thing it has is more stab and bigger mag size. I have crowd control and it doesn't, I can hit several enemies with one bullet, it doesn't. I see you don't know what you're taking about since you only got two things right from what you said.

Well it's not relevant if you're careful enough, but it's handy when caught out or just being a fool (as I do sometimes. :P). I would've rather had another perk like zen moment but it's still a handy one. To give you an idea of the aforementioned ROF, it fires 3-4 rounds a sec. Insane for a scout. As fast or faster than the Suros-DIS. And add explosive rounds. XD
