Transferring
I just bought the taken king dlc a week ago for 360. But my wife just bought me a xbox one. I need to know if I can transfer over my characters and game to my new console.

Hi MoUhGan, Your characters and account progress are tied to your Xbox Live profile. As long as you continue using the same Xbox Live account on your Xbox One, all of your progress will be available to you on your new console. The Dark Below and House of Wolves should show up on your Xbox One for free as part of our Digital Upgrade program (details here: https://www.bungie.net/en/help/article/12122). You will need to purchase Destiny and The Taken King for Xbox One as they are not included in the Digital Upgrade program.

you can transfer all charicters and data if you have your stuff saved to the cloud on the 360. However, there is no direct upgrade for ttk from 360 to xb1. I believe that you will still need ttk for xb1, as there is no free upgrade.
